I’d say that’d be close to what the "Cellruptor" does, only the

Aliendave,
I did not see that they had run any tests of getting the oil out of algae.
If you think it will work, their smallest version uses a 4 horse electric
motor - that is a lot of power. Maybe we could make a miniature one that
use 1/4 horse.
