[oil_from_algae] cost analysis

I am looking for the average cost of
1) waste glycerol from the bio diesel production
2) algal cake which shall be sold to farmers as animal food or to the alcohol industry.

I would appreciate if someone could come up with the figures and the source so that I can complete my calculations

Also in search for dirt-cheep space near Rockville MD, around 1hr drive for setting up my lab
